Not at all! I work with people of all backgrounds and fitness levels – from complete beginners to competitive athletes. What matters most is your willingness to show up and put in the effort. I’ll take care of the rest.

Yes! I believe real results come from combining movement with the right fuel. I offer personalised nutrition plans as a standalone service or bundled with your training program, tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

I always recommend starting with a free 15-minute discovery call. It gives us both a chance to connect, and lets me understand your goals before recommending anything.

Always. I don’t do cookie-cutter programs. Every plan I build is designed around you – your schedule, your body, your goals, and your life. No two clients of mine train the same way.
